Heart Knitting Tag

When giving away something you've knitted, attach one of these tags to let the recipient know whose wonderful handiwork they're receiving. The back of the tag has an area for writing instructions for care of the garment. Inside the tag is a piece of grey paper for inscribing a personal message.
